Makerspace Movie Nights:

Movie + FrankenSound HackFest on the 2nd Saturday of each month. Movie themes will involve some sort of making. On Nov 8th we will show The Martian. On Dec 13th the movie will be October Sky.

Movie nights will have two parts:

6pm to 7pm: FrankenSound HackFest:

In the hour before the movie, we’re going to cobble together a monster multi-speaker surround-sound system. Join in this chaos. No experience needed. What to bring: base speakers, tweeters, cables, adapters, portable amps, bluetooth speakers, audio gadgets – whatever helps to make awesome movie sound. Let’s see what we can come up with.

7pm onwards: Feature Movie

Experience a maker-themed movie that celebrates problem solving and creativity.
